We have some good news ! The Wild Dogs that are denning on our property close to the lodge has produced some pups , there are as far as we know 7 pups that have been seen outside of the den ! Once we get some images of the pups if we get to see them we'll post them on our page so everyone can enjoy them ? ! We hope that they'll survive as it will be very good for the future of the wild dog population in the Greater Kruger area !
Happy World Elephant Day ! This mornings game drive were al about the Elephants ! We saw loads of them this morning ! Over the past couple of days we had numerous Elephant , Lion , Leopard , Buffalo ,Giraffe , Kudu and so much more on our game drives ! The Wild Dogs or Painted Wolves have moved their den , we think they have gone into Timbavati.

Cleo the female Leopard was spotted & kept us all entertained for the entire afternoon ! She is just beautiful ! We have had Elephants , Buffalo , Lion , Leopard , Kudu , Impala all coming to the dam to quench their thirst , this morning Ross went to Nagel one of our private traversing areas & found there were about 20-25 Hippo in the dam !
This Pangolin was seen this afternoon on game drive , our guests minds were blown away to see this endangered species that is quite rare to see ! I have only seen 8 in 14 years ! We were also lucky to see the Mapoza male lions with one unknown female on a buffalo kill this morning and there were also loads of Buffalo and Elephant everywhere over the course of this morning & this afternoon ! The Wild Dogs have moved their den , still in our traversing area and continue to amaze and entertain our guests on safari in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve !
